QC
Order confirmation → tech pack review → fabric swatch approval → buyer sign-off before production starts.
CAD-based pattern drafting, full size grading (XS–3XL), optimal marker layout to minimise fabric waste by up to 12%.
Proto sample → fit comments → revised fit → pre-production sample (PP) → buyer approval → bulk clearance. All samples archived.
Fabric sourced per approved spec: GSM, construction, shrinkage ≤3%, colour fastness ≥4. Trims quality-checked on arrival.

QC
Fabric rolled flat for 24h to release tension before spreading. Prevents post-cut distortion and shrinkage variation.
Auto-spreading + CAM cutter follows approved marker. Each bundle numbered and tagged to track defects back to origin.
Assembly lines follow approved assembly chart. End-line QC checks stitch density, seam strength, and measurement every 30 mins.
Screen printing for solid fills, DTG for photographic prints, heat transfer for metallic/foil. Colour fastness tested before bulk run.
Logo digitised in-house. Stitch count, thread colour, and density checked against approved strike-off before bulk embroidery starts.
Steam tunnel pressing, lint rolling, thread trimming. Final garment measurement check against spec sheet ±0.5cm tolerance.
